What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation using a 3-part, fast-paced breathing pattern. A powerful, low technology form of self-healing, breathwork connects us to our bodies, moves stuck energy and emotions and opens our hearts. It also helps us plug into our intuition, embodied wisdom, memory, and creativity. What to expect during Breathwork:
You lay on the floor or massage table, music is played, you breathe, and I will coach you through the active breathing for approximately 35 minutes, followed by 10-15 minutes of relaxation. Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to the following benefits:

Breathwork can open meridians and channels, align your body and its energy, and create a revelatory and healing experience. The beauty of Breathwork is that it is natural so that you and your breath become the source of answers to questions, insights to challenges, freedom from feeling stuck, downloads to what’s next for you, your life and your work in the world. After a session, you’ll likely feel some combination of clarity, calm, connection to yourself and others, forgiveness; increased feeling of groundedness; and/or some creative inspiration. In my experience, there is absolutely nothing like working with breathwork regularly to heal your body, mind, and spirit and open you to new possibilities.
As with any self-care practice, the most important way to learn if it’s useful and helpful for you is to experience it for yourself. I look forward to serving you and your journey.
